If You Cancel
All cancelations must be initiated through the web site, not via phone calls and voice mail.
To cancel your registration, send email to info@palmermotorsportspark.com.
For participants who cancel more than 7 days prior to the the event a 100% credit will be issued. Otherwise a $50 processing fee will be assessed.
"No shows" will not receive any credit, cancelations must be done ahead of time.
Full or partial credits remain valid until December 31 of the following year.
Excluding cancelation by WHR, no refunds or credits for any reason once your tires touch the racetrack.
If We Cancel
If WHR cancels an event prior to 12:00 noon, all participants receive a 100% credit toward a future event.
If WHR cancels for any reason after 12:00 noon, all participants will receive a 50% credit
toward a future event.
Only credits will be issued for cancelations, no refunds will be given. This credit will remain in the system
until December 31 of the calendar year following the year payment was made (i.e., if
payment is in 2026, the credit remains until December 31, 2027). If the credit is not used by the following year, it will expire.
Events will not be canceled due to rain. The track may shut down briefly but
otherwise we DO run on a wet track.
HDPE School events on the fringe (i.e., March-April, October-November) MAY be canceled due to snow or freezing conditions.
If an event is cancelled due to weather, the web site will be updated no later than
7am of the date. Unless the web site specifically says it's canceled, the event is on.
